ACCINSIGHT is a DarkOrbit account analysis platform that provides insights and statistics for DarkOrbit game accounts. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bigpoint GmbH or DarkOrbit.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ACCINSIGHT for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Use the service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

4. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of our service, you must authenticate using Discord OAuth. By using our service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You will not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

5. DarkOrbit Content Disclaimer

ACCINSIGHT uses images, graphics, and other materials from DarkOrbit, which are the property of Bigpoint GmbH. These materials are used under fair use for non-commercial, informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any DarkOrbit-related content and acknowledge all rights belong to their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
